M.A.D. For Life is a quest to explore the extraordinary, ever-evolving potential of human beings to heal, grow, and make a lasting, positive impact.

Focussing on whole health—mind, body, and spirit—this podcast combines personal experience, science, and practical tools to help you live with the intention of making a difference for a lifetime.

Born from my own near-death experience, these conversations come from someone who has witnessed a damaged body heal, adapt, and thrive despite permanent injuries. I share what I’ve learned about the interplay between what is inherently within us, our nature, alongside nurture, what we create; the habits and strategies that accelerate repair and transformation, and how to cultivate a mindset that continuously feeds a philosophy that is Life enhancing.

My motto: ‘Live Like Your Life Depends On It’

Each episode reflects on one or more of the the 7 Pillars, foundations that I’ve developed to offer a structure to Whole Health. Through each Pillar I will be speaking to the Thought Leaders and Practitioners, interviewing Scientists and Doctors, and gaining valuable insights and practical actionable steps that will help us create a sustainable Health focussed Life, enabling us to ‘be’ and ‘do’ all we hope and plan for. M.A.D. For Life is a philosophy for Being.

Pillar 1 - Mind Health

Cultivate awareness and intentional thinking to shape actions, regulate stress, and support overall wellbeing.

Guiding question: How will I direct my thoughts daily to strengthen my mental clarity and resilience?

Pillar 2 - Body

Treat the body as your primary asset—nurture it through movement, recovery, nutrition, and practices that align with our biology for longevity.

Guiding question: What consistent habits will I adopt to maintain and enhance physical vitality?

Pillar 3 - Soul

Nourish meaning through the arts, creativity, ritual, and spiritual or philosophical practices that foster inner coherence and wellbeing.

Guiding question: Which practices feed my sense of meaning?

Pillar 4 - Wealth

Build a healthy relationship with money so it becomes a tool for freedom and choice rather than a source of fear.

Guiding question: What steps will I take to move from financial anxiety to confidence.

Pillar 5 - Contribution

Give time, energy, and care to others and the environment—contribution boosts purpose and supports the systems that sustain life.

Guiding question: How can my contributions improve both human and planetary health?

Pillar 6 - Community

Create or join supportive networks that provide belonging, connection and mind stimulation —key drivers of long-term health.

Clarify the lasting impact you want to leave—purposeful action and values-driven choices create a metaphorical immortality through influence.
